Our Story
Agile Flashcards is not a bigtime Internet start-up. My name is Derek Huether and I am an Agile coach and trainer.
I've been in the project management arena for over 15 years and have been actively leveraging Agile for over 5 years. I had some developers
help me create this product to help people learn more about Agile. I want to help people understand the type of content that is on
the PMI Agile Certified Practitioners (ACP) exam. I'm not trying to teach you to pass the exam, though that may still happen. Agile Flashards
is not going to go into the minutiae of the defined study material. Instead, I will focus on having you learn concepts based on how the questions
are actually stuctured on the exam.
The most important thing to me is that you to learn something!
I have been involved with the PMI-ACP development process since the PMI North American Congress in 2010. As one of the few independent reviewers of the PMI-ACP curriculum, I helped modify, revise, update or delete elements of the ACP to ensure that the exam was comprehensive, contemporary (reflective of current practice), concise, and clear. Now that the exam pilot phase has concluded, I have transitioned to a new role as Co-Lead of the PMI-ACP Support Team.
Though these flashcards aren't perfect, they are a start. At the time of this page edit, I have 100 cards in the system. I'm shooting for 500. In combinition with my PMI-ACP Training, I am pretty sure you will pass the exam and you will walk away with an introduction to key concepts necessary to leverage Agile in the real world.
